Lily?

Made a false anime screenshot like thing. Originally, this just started out as random headshot, I actually did not have a character in mind, but it turned into Vocaloid Lily along the way, haha. This was done with 100% mouse in MS Paint, then I did a little post processing in GIMP to get the false screenie effect, as well as adding the tears and smoothing some edges.
